Capcom Hosts Human Meat Merchant Stands in London

If your taste buds are craving for the sensation of freshly cut human flesh, then look no further as Capcom may have just what you’re after.

Capcom went hardcore on PR this weekend at the Smithfield Market in London. The game publishing company hosted a Resident Evil themed meat market for fans to purchase some of the delights that was on offer. The exhibit was titled Wesker & Son Resident Evil Human Butchery and features actual meat that had been shaped into human body parts. The products available for purchase consist of peppered human and lemon sausage, J’avo caught human thigh steaks and pots made of red and green herbs.

All profits of the meat sale are to be donated to the Limbless Association charity.

Capcom have also put on an exhibition at the St. Bartholomew’s Hospital Pathology Museum which explains how zombie apocalypses, such as those in Resident Evil, could happen in real life.

Capcom’s marketing has certainly been somewhat unique and original.
