Activision’s The Walking Dead Shooter Gets Rename
Not the be confused with Telltale’s series of video game episodes, Activision also have their own The Walking Dead game hitting shelves next year. The upcoming first person shooter is developed by Terminal Reality and will be based around the TV series The Walking Dead.
Activision announced, their first person shooter will now be called The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, oppose to it previously being know as just ‘The Walking Dead game’. They also added:
“do-whatever-you-need-to-survive first-person action game that brings the deep, character-driven world of AMC’s Emmy Award-winning TV series onto console gaming systems and the PC in a frightening, new way. The game puts players in the role of the mysterious, crossbow-wielding survivor Daryl Dixon, alongside his overbearing brother Merle, on a haunting, unforgiving quest across the Georgia countryside to reach the supposed safety of Atlanta.”
The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct will be available next year.
